David M. Secouler earned his undergraduate degree from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania before embarking on a career and starting a family. After gaining valuable real-world experience, he pursued his passion for law at Widener University School of Law, where he graduated cum laude and ranked in the top 10 of his class.

Following his bar admission, David honed his skills at various firms, gaining broad experience in domestic relations and commercial/business law. Through this journey, he recognized that traditional legal practices often fell short of meeting the needs and expectations of today's clients. Driven by this insight, David founded a firm dedicated to delivering expert legal advice tailored to modern legal needs.

David specializes in surrogacy and assisted reproduction law, distinguishing himself as one of the few Pennsylvania attorneys with this focus.  He is a also a fellow in the Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproduction Attorneys ("AAAA" - AAAA and its attorneys are dedicated to the competent and ethical  practice of adoption and ART law, advocating for laws and policies to  protect the best interests of children, the legal status of families  formed through adoption and ART, and the rights of all interested  parties including birth parents, adoptive parents, surrogates, donors,  and intended parents). His commitment to this field is deeply personal; in his final year of law school, his former spouse served as a gestational surrogate, providing him with firsthand insight into the complexities and needs of surrogacy law. With over a decade of experience in Assisted Reproductive Technology matters, David offers unparalleled expertise to carriers, intended parents, and donors.

Outside of his legal practice, David cherishes time with his two daughters, their dog, cats, and chickens. He is an enthusiastic outdoorsman, enjoying camping, climbing, and riding his Harley Davidson. David's adventurous spirit extends to his mountaineering pursuits, having climbed mountains from Washington to Nepal. He is also a musician with the Philadelphia-based Other Brothers Band and serves as an ordained minister, performing wedding ceremonies across the Tri-State area.
